Rabiaa El Banna is an NGNLP Trainer, women’s empowerment advocate, and the founder of HerSelf Center. She is also the founder of the Al Khawarizmi Institute and the Al Khawarizmi Wellness Center.
Her work centers on one conviction: that a woman who understands how her own mind works can change anything — her confidence, her relationships, her family, her career. NGNLP, the method she trains — with certification through the iUNLP Board — is the toolkit she puts in women’s hands to do exactly that.
Rabiaa is also a published author — her most recent book is «انا هذا وذاك».
The team she built
Through HerSelf Center, Rabiaa has trained and certified a team of women coaches — meet them here — and a growing community of students who use NLP in their own lives and careers. The center’s documented client case studies are the direct result of that training.
