You do not need to be broken to want more from life. A life coach for women exists for exactly the place many capable, accomplished women find themselves in: doing everything right, and still feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure of the next step.
NGNLP life coaching helps you find the pattern behind the stuckness and change it — not with generic advice, but by working directly with the beliefs and habits your mind runs on autopilot.
How a life coach for women helps
Here is what women most often bring to a life coach for women:
- Get clear on what you actually want — not what others expect of you
- Replace self-doubt and overthinking with grounded confidence
- Break habits like procrastination and people-pleasing at the root
- Set goals your mind genuinely believes in, and follow through
- Build a life that fits you — career, family, and self, in balance
What to expect in your sessions
It starts with a consultation — a relaxed conversation about where you are and where you want to be. From there, your coach designs a plan around your goal and you meet in regular 1:1 sessions, in person at the center in Lebanon or online from wherever you are. Sessions are practical: you leave each one with techniques to use between meetings, and you will know it is working when choices that used to take weeks of overthinking start feeling clear. That rhythm — a plan, small experiments between sessions, honest review — is what makes working with a life coach for women different from reading another self-help book: someone holds the plan with you, week after week.

What is NGNLP?
NGNLP (New Generation NLP) works with how your mind stores experiences — the beliefs, emotions, and habits running underneath your daily behavior — so change happens at the root, not just on the surface. All HerSelf Center coaches are iUNLP certified. Read more about the method on our coaching services page.

Frequently asked questions
Is coaching online or in person?
Both. You can meet your coach at our center in Lebanon or book an online session from anywhere — the methods and results are the same.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goal. Many clients feel a clear shift within the first few sessions; your coach will suggest a plan after your first consultation and adjust it with you as you progress. Most women see a life coach for women weekly at first, then taper as the change holds.
What happens in the first session?
You talk, your coach listens — and asks the kind of questions that surface what is really going on. Together you define the outcome you want, and you leave with your first practical technique to try.
Is NLP coaching a replacement for therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on goals, habits, and beliefs. If you are dealing with a clinical condition, we will encourage you to work with a licensed therapist alongside coaching.
How do I choose the right life coach for women in Lebanon?
Choose the person you feel safe being honest with. Read the coach profiles, notice whose story sounds like yours, and book a free consultation with her — fit matters more than technique. A good life coach for women will also tell you plainly if a colleague suits your goal better, and point you to her.
