A 22-year-old woman struggled with self-esteem issues, leading to poor life choices and toxic relationships. Seeking validation from others, she found herself stuck in a painful relationship despite knowing it made her unhappy. Her struggles also manifested physically, with frequent fatigue, headaches, and stomachaches.

The Challenges

She experienced low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, and distrust in her own judgment. Despite therapy sessions, she couldn’t become the person she aspired to be. Emotional and behavioral signs included:

Over 11 sessions, we focused extensively on self-esteem and self-love issues, repeating key techniques where necessary.

The Results

The client experienced rapid changes, gaining a new perspective on personal communications and decision-making. She stopped blaming herself, learned to protect her feelings, and began trusting her decisions. On a long-term basis, she cultivated gratitude and became a happy, energetic individual.
