A30-year-old woman, faced a multitude of significant life challenges stemming from her childhood. Growing up in an abusive environment, she experienced bullying from peers and emotional and physical abuse from teachers. At home, she witnessed her father physically assaulting her mother and dealt with controlling behavior from her brothers.
As an adult, even after marriage, she found herself trapped in an unhappy relationship with a husband who not only neglected her emotional needs but also cheated on her. Paradoxically, despite the pain inflicted upon her, she loved her husband deeply, which muddled her sense of self-worth and happiness.

She presented with symptoms of low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. She felt stuck in a cycle of toxic relationships, unable to break free from the conditioning of her past. Her emotional state oscillated between feelings of love and resentment, leading to inner turmoil and confusion.
