The women you see below are the heart of HerSelf Center. Each of them trained and certified through the Al Khawarizmi Institute and the iUNLP Board, and each brings her own story to the work — teaching, motherhood, corporate life, loss, reinvention. That mix matters: when you sit with one of our coaches, you are talking to a woman who has lived through change herself, not just studied it.
